If you attended Fall Festival 2013:

  • We already have your Annual Health & Medical Record & ID photocopies, and Camping Participant Waivers.  Others submitted these forms in September.

Deadline December 12

Space is limited at this popular camp. To ensure our Pack can attend together, turn in your registration forms and payments no later than December 12.

Adult participation

Is encouraged for all Cubs and Webelos.  Lion and Tiger Cubs are required to attend with an adult partner. (1/1 ratio of youth to adult).

We recommend coordinating with another scouting family to carpool and arrive prior to 8:15am to shorten your hike.

What to wear

This is an all-day outdoor camp experience. Dress in layers and be prepared for the weather. Each Cub Scout and adult must have proper winter outdoor clothing including snow suits/pants, boots, hats and 2 pair of mittens.

Cancellation policies

  • Withdrawing after registering & no-shows: All registrations are subject to Pack 151's Outings Policy.
  • Weather Cancellations: Polar Cubs is a Northern Star Council sponsored event. Decisions for official camp closing will be made by the Council's Camping Director. When camps are officially closed, fees may be transferred to another weekend within the Council's Polar Cubs season. More often than not, the Director will not close the camp. To check weather conditions for the weekend- call for a weather update (651) 254-9134 on the previous friday.

Alternate dates

The Pack's chosen date may not work for all families. Individual families may instead sign up for Polar Cubs if the Pack date(s) doesn’t fit the family’s schedule.  Check space availability  Make sure you follow the Council's payment procedures and registration requirements.  Bring your documents along with you to camp.

Camperships available

Pack 151 believes every boy should have the opportunity to experience the excitement of camping, and wants to provide the opportunity for registered boys to go to camp. These experiences help boys learn new skills and advance through the ranks of Scouting. The intent of camperships is to ensure that any boy with financial difficulties is not denied the opportunity to attend camping programs. Contact Pack Committee Chair Brandi Werra or Cubmaster Charlie Niven for more info.
